Someone stop our babies from growing up so fast !! I’m learning how sweet (and crazy at times) each phase of life is so I’ve made it a goal to update our family portrait each year. I’m now booking holiday sessions and they are perfect for families who send out holiday cards every year and want beautiful portraits of their family today. I have a limited number of 30-minute sessions on Saturday, November 11th & 18th. This is a great time to experience a portrait session with me!

  2. 50-5×7 complimentary custom-designed holiday cards
  3. 2-8×10 prints and their high resolution digital negatives

Preparing for your session

WARDROBE

Your clothing should reflect your unique style. Choose options that coordinate well with the rest of the group, keeping strong patterns to a minimum. Start by choosing an outfit for one person and build the other outfits around that. I recommend form fitting clothing with texture and interesting lines. Consider starting a beauty routine a 1-2 weeks before your session so you look and feel your best.

TIMING

Choose a session start time that works best for everyones schedule. Keep in mind, people who are well rested, and well fed, take better photos than those who are restless and hungry. This is an important consideration for families with young children. I recommend packing a small bag of necessities, including a snack (goldfish or pretzels work great), a comforting toy, and a of change of clothes.

STUDIO

I recommend arriving 15-minutes before you session start time to ensure parking. Street parking is available, as well as a number of parking garages in the neighborhood. When you arrive, press #501 on the building intercom so I can buzz you in. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and exit right. When you’ve reached the end of the hall, make a left. The studio is on the right, across from a bathroom.
